Track which Amazon Affiliate Link performs

Hi,

thanks for having me in your forum.

I have a website where i use amazon partnernet affiliate links and banners. The amazon dashboard shows to me only stats about how many static links have sold and REST shows the "rest" of my sellings. What i do not see is which link has clicks and which one sells the most.

How can i track links to amazon partnernet so i can see which one performs?

Amazon is a bit of a problem. As far as I know (and this might have changed) you have the ability to create up to 100 custom tracking links with them and they don't have postback, image pixel or dynamic variables. So out of the box it's close to impossible to track with precision your campaign's performances.

If you add a bridge page - optin page or something of that sort - you might have the ability to have some approximation.

Yes, it can be hard to track sales with Amazon Affiliate links and banners. One trick shows that you need to get the separate tracking IDs and compare each one.
