I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has tried integrating a cloud-based phone system like OpenPhone or Dialpad for forwarding and IVR? I've been testing a few lately and wondering how others are handling support lines without getting too technical or expensive. Curious to hear what’s working best now, especially for campaigns in the US or UK.

I used a simple cloud-based system with call routing and basic IVR, then forwarded calls to my cell or Skype depending on time of day. Worked well for US and UK traffic.
