yep, definitely a night time. And i think depending on your geo there might be some sense in setting your campaign for the entire day just to check the floods of your geo user's activity.
These days and in general, you should first run the campaigns throughout the day, and once you have enough data to calculate the ROI by hours and if there's a significant difference, you can and should apply dayparting to your campaigns. In the past month, I didn't see any significant difference in my adult dating campaigns tbh.
