ah, great topic — anime just wouldn’t be the same without those iconic characters who stay with you long after the credits roll. For me, it’s got to be Misato Katsuragi from Evangelion — flawed, complex, and yet so strong and relatable.

also a big fan of Makise Kurisu from Steins;Gate — sharp, witty, and with such great chemistry on screen.

Anime isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, especially if you didn’t grow up with it. However, much of the world really is into it, and not just as kids’ stuff—it’s mainstream entertainment for adults. Even if it’s not my thing, I can appreciate its global appeal and its use as an advertising focal point.
