<strong>I encourage all merchants affected by the New York Tax law to read the following - ESPECIALLY if you are a merchant who previously severed your relationship with New York affiliates, you really need to pay attention. Obviously too, NY affiliates reading this need to pass the info below on to merchants that have dropped you. Some of them may not happen upon the info unless you tell them to read Mel's blog below.</strong>

I don't claim to know enough about this issue to give legal advice, I only pass on info I find that could be helpful to people. But I know this group and the attorney they hired have done a lot of work and research on this. The documents they've come up with are very in-depth and using them as a template could save merchants a lot of money on legal fees I would think.
