1st of all this isn't one of those super affiliate guru posts that flashes huge checks and talks about an extravagant lifestyle, you too can have, if only you buy their "get rich in your underwear" eBook. ;-)

This is a very honest and open look at the journey one mother made from employee, to stay-at-home struggling entrepreneur affiliate, to super affiliate. There are some good lifestyle shots and also some earnings screenshots, just for proof for anyone that doesn't know the author - but they are tastefully done. The post comes to us from Lynn Terry, who writes the most earthy and <em>real</em> affiliate blog I read. (And I read a LOT of affiliate blogs!)

Changed seemed impossible. When I did finally decide enough was enough? making that lifestyle change required dramatic measures. I quit my last ?real job? cold turkey at the beginning of 1997, and started my first business... I?ve been home with my two children full time, running a successful home business, for over 13 years now...

I know what you?re going to ask me next, so I?ll just go ahead and tell you. You want to know where that income came from, and what those payments were for exactly ? right?

You just hope you don't take a wrong turn somewhere down the road. If you do, hopefully you find the right road again quickly.
