The #1 Tool that Pay Per Call Publishers are NOT using

Many pay per call publishers are missing a great opportunity to better monetize their calls with call treatments (aka call promos or IVRs).

A call treatment allows publishers to create their own IVR and redirect or filter calls to the best option, not only for the caller, but for the publisher as well.

For example: If a caller is looking for a payday loan you can set up your call treatment to ask if they have 2 or more payday loans. If the caller answers yes, they likely won't qualify for a new loan. So, the publisher can then send this caller to a payday loan relief campaign instead. Publishers will not only be better monetizing their traffic, but also helping the caller and the advertiser.

Call treatments can be used in several ways, including: filtering callers for better quality, redirecting callers for better monetization, testing multiple campaigns for the best conversion, sending text messages to other offers, detecting repeat callers, verifying locations, asking questions, etc.

If your network is using Invoca, just ask them to turn this feature on for your account. Alternatively, you may be able to use a service like CallFire or Ifbyphone. However, we have seen some issues where CallFire sends the promoted phone number as the caller id, which leads to all calls being repeat calls and not paying out.

Check out the videos below to learn how to use call treatments to better filter, monetize and redirect your calls for improved profits.

Yeah nice tool here do you help set this up and does it take long to do so?

We can turn it on in your account pretty quickly, just send your Manager a request.

It will take you some time to get used to how the feature works and what will work best for your campaigns.
