Your company provides good services/products and you have clients that always say good things about what you’re doing? Why not using what they say as a marketing tool? To be more specific, transform their commendations into testimonials.
Before starting to create the testimonials you should first thing about those tips:

    1. Numbers, numbers, numbers

If your clients talk about their savings from working with you, ask them kindly to provide you those numbers, like how much did they save with you, how much time did they save also, how many times did he worked with you etc.

    2. Obtain permission

Before writing their testimonials, ask for their permission, not everyone could want to appear between your testimonials.

    3. Use only real testimonials

Try to use their real name and a picture of them. Manny prospective customers could think you’ve invented some of the good words so make it so that there will be no doubt fo others to believe it’s a fake testimonial.

    4.Use detailed testimonials

Tell your customers to provide you specific reasons why they are pleased with your services/product. It’s better if they give more details so future customers should know with what part of your business people are happy about. Ask them to write down the benefits of working with you.

    5. Variety

Try to choose happy customers that belong to various group of people. Everyone should make a testimonial about a different benefit from working with you, so that it will look like your hole business it’s into satisfying customers’ needs. Do not use the same person for more then one testimonial and try not to put 2 testimonials that look somehow identical. A prospective customer will start asking questions like: “Is he the only happy one?” “Why just one?” etc.

Writing a testimonial could become an interesting marketing tool only if it’s how it’s supposed to be. If you have honest testimonials it’s very probably that more prospective customers to start doing business with you because you’re trustfull.
