Is there a tool that will allow me to create text ads for ad groups outside of the browser.
like an Excel spreadsheet that tells you if you have put too many characters into a cell (I am thinking of something like a DB field)
That way the adds that target certain personas can all be seen at once so that variations of the ads are easier to make.
