I've only recently discovered online marketing and have been actively researching every possible option for the past two weeks. As a result, I simply am not able to decide where to start. PPC campaigns through Facebook and Bing seem interesting, as does SEO/Traffic marketing through relevant niche sites. Also media buying has grasped my attention.
As a student I am limited on my initial investment capital and I feel that I need to carefully pick the first path I commit to.
Would you have any recommendations on where to start, or how you have personally found your first successful campaigns?
Additionally I feel that I'm missing someone to bounce ideas off. I'm an entrepreneur in the dance industry and have several mentors which have saved me from making disastrous mistakes or dedicating time/money to lost causes. If someone here would be able to show me the ropes or allow me to bounce ideas off them and share experiences I would be more grateful than anything.
