Can anyone tell me what's the difference between single opt in offer and email submit offer?

When you get a confirmation email, and click that link (respond) to a email submission or same registration it is referred to as a DOI (double opt-in CAN-SPAM, GDPR compliant) submit,registration, etc ...
email form =>submit (POST) >>SOI >DOI
that is the chain of events

SOI AKA single opt in - when you submit your email but there is no confirmation required for that.
DOI AAKA double opt-in - when you submit your email and confirm it by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
DOI AAKA double opt-in - when you submit your email and confirm it by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
SOI: viewer left their email and name or even phone number
DOI: same SOI, and registered user have to active link which sent to their inbox email
CPS, COD: more complex and harder cause viewer have to pay or confirm they will pay for it, but higher payout for you
