Setting Up Regular Expressions within Bing Ads

Just wondering if anyone has successfully setup a url conversion goal using a regular expression within Bing Ads? I understand how to create a UET tag, and goal but i'm a bit stuck on correctly setting setting up the script to point to the url that i'm using as a goal. Keep in mind the domain url that's the goal is different from the domain url being used in my ad's and tracking. I hope this all makes sense.

Okay i've done a bit of research and I don't believe its possible to use this feature without placing the UET Tag on the offer page as well. Someone please correct me if i'm wrong.
