Setting up more than one lander in the same folder

Hello,

I need to set up two different landing pages in the same folder on my server. I am unsure if I need two different index.html pages per landing page? Or do I just need one index.html page?

well you can't put 2 files with the same name and extension in the same folder .

if i was you i will create a folder for each landing page .

but if you have to , you can name the first file index.html and name the second one index2.html .

the first one will be accessed without typing the the file name in the url .
the second one index2.html you have to type it in your address bar in order to preview it .
that's the rules

Pages must have different names, the simplest way is to create two page :
The first : page1.html (or any other name you want)
The second : page2.html

index.html is used to make point a directory to a specific web page.
When you go to
yoursite.com

It points to your public_html folder, and points to your index.html (.php,.asp or any other)

You cant give same name for two landing pages, you need to give different names for two html files and create a different folder also..
