I am searching for good and serious traffic sites that can offer high quality and targeted traffic for free - Do exist some of these sites there outside in this huge internet world?

I come from germany and don't know so exactly the english speaking sites. It would be a great value for me!

There is nothing like what you are looking for. You need to make your efforts to generate high traffic gradually. Post regular fresh content on your website and create backlinks for it.
