Search Results Ranking?

Does anyone know of a tool which allows you to check your position in the search rankings for major search engines? i.e Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. I'd like to see where my site ranks now for a specific keyword and track progress as I improve my SEO / backlinks / etc.
