Samsung Galaxy S4 problems?

Hey guys!

I have Samsung Galaxy S4 and today received few bugs
and updated my firmware but...
I still cannot listen music,watch videos and I have not voice
What can be a problem?

Every suggestions are welcome!

Hi Darster,

I still have the S II, so I'm not sure whether my hint will help you?!

A few times I had similar problems (or symptoms) and the reason was the flash player.

I couldn't update the player immediately, but only a few days later.

My recommendation : Try to update the flash player in 1 or 2 days again.


Sounds strange, but this was the reason in my case. But I'm really not sure, whether it will help you?!
