Rules To Being A Leader

Here are a couple of rules to being a leader I go by. Feel free to add some of your own.

1) A leader must always be at the head of the pack.

2) A leader must have more determination and drive than those he leads.

3) A leader must put those he leads before himself.

Well i think you have missed another point. I think leader should have to bear all the problems with smiling face.

A leader needs to truly be confident, never show fear and have solutions for everything.
A leader needs to have some carisma and make his folowers feel safe and in good hands.
