RTB platform with cheap clicks?

I'm looking to drive clicks to opt in pages to build targetted lists and thought media may be a goood way to go as I have some experience in the past.

I'm not sure how "cheap" their clicks are, but there's a local RTB Platform here in Victoria called Go2Mobi. Check them out.

cheap clicks will come when you find good placements. High CTR's. SiteScout is my baby so I know a lot of placements where you could find "cheap clicks"
