This is the message that he sent me:

Pls note we do not accept the following traffic, after that we all fine:
-PopUp/Under
-Redirect
-CoReg
-Incentive

No Drone traffic in BR due to internal regulation by the Brazilian National Telecommunication Agency (Anatel)

We Pay Weekly Net4, at $1,000 threshold by Bank Wire.
Only corporate bank account and Payoneer business are acceptable.
Payments are sent every Wednesday for the previous Monday-Sunday Period.

I'm your dedicated AM.

You can sign in with your registered email address on PC side whenever you want.

Do you have any questions about us overall?"

No, it doesn't say that you can't use search traffic or direct linking but you'll want to use a tracker to collect data.

A suggestion: whenever you're in doubt about something related to the network or their offers, your safest bet is to reach out to your AM.

IMO, the term "redirect'" is very vague --as he is using it.
In fact --it is meaningless.
Technically, trackers record data then redirect to the final offer URL.
M4trix is rated "Poor" with 2.7 / 5 on Trustpilot
2 things I noticed;
  1. there are no TOS or T&C when you sign-up (or on the web page menu)
  2. the (C) date says 2017 so their webmaster overlooked the obvious?
I would look in closer before spending any real effort ...
I did find this M4TRIX NETWORK

You know what the say about assume :D
Cloaking is redirection, Hijacking a back button (if you can still do that) might be considered redirection.
