Recommend me a book about affiliate marketing

I'm looking for book recommendations for books about affiliate marketing.

More specific, here's what I'm looking for:

- a book that will take me from intermediate to "expert" within affiliate marketing

- a book that goes into details about traffic, sales funnels, convertion etc.

- preferably a book with concrete examples

Here's what I'm NOT looking for:

- a book for beginners

- a book praising affiliate marketing and/or the author

- a book that guarantees a massive income

- a book building on a "system"

Taking the above into consideration, which book(s) would you recommend, and why?

Also, if you know of any material besides books (video, podcast etc.) that qualifies, I'll be more than happy to know.
