Thousands of Big Brother viewers pay RealNetworks $40 a season to watch live footage from inside the CBS reality show's spycam-riddled house. But a few of them are quietly paid by Real to blog about it, and one will report from the set during the show's Tuesday finale.
RealNetworks offers a three-month subscription to raw video footage from the summer series, which unfolds in real time. The raw feeds are supplemented by additional content, including live interviews, chats with former cast members and blogs published by three fans of the show who write about what they see on Real's live feeds, said Leon Cho, director of product management for Real's premium SuperPass subscription service.
