Here are some landing pages I've created as a beginner. Any helpful feedback would be appreciated.

The second one looks good. Have you tried using images of food in your ads? For example, a keto based dish. Are you running keto offers? I know a few guys involved in the keto business. Love to pick your brain on keto. Maybe we can learn something from each other. Hit me up

What can i say...

Image 1 is not loading.

Image 2 is simple, use it for email marketing.

Attached Image, use it for forum promotion.

As for me, the first one is unusual. It draws attention. The second one is good either. I guess it's better to make some split-tests between them to see which one converts better and for which audience.
