Ranking Fluctuation

My keyword shows ranking only when its respective url is been fetched using fetch option in google webmastet tool. Why it is showing like that? Whats the solution to get rid of the problem.

Google hasn't sent search query data to webmasters for years now as part of the URL request at your server. This is why Google-Analytics only shows (some) organic search referrers by name only.

So it is no longer Google search garbage in -- garbage out (q=[encrypted string]<you might be able to reverse engineer this) it is now nothing in and what Google wants to tell you (today) out.

Ranking fluctuation may be google's algorithm update, after some time it will be stable.
