(Question) Can I host domains in a Windows VPS?

I am in a budget so I am looking some ways to minimize the cost.
I read some where that we can host domains in VPS.

I am planning to buy a windows vps for my seo software.
Can I also host domains at the same time?

Anyone tried this?
And what VPS do you recommend?

Not sure as far as hosting domains, but I can recommend the VPS's over on RackSpace.com

I hate VPS's but these are the best of a bad bunch lol!
