Question about clickbank

OK so I've had a click bank account for a while now
just really started getting back into affiliate programs
and I found a really good product to promote..

I use my own domain name and just redirect/forward
it to my hoplink with masking..

If, someone goes through my domain, sees on bottom
of the page what the site really is they are on, then
goes directly to the site and buys, will I still get commission
if it's within the 60days that click bank holds cookies?

It's probably obvious that I would, I just wanted to make sure.

John

Asked again 11/16 (answer is still yes)

This goes along with the question I asked the other day about clickbank saving cookies for 60 days.

I am under the impression that if someone goes through my forwarded affiliate domain to merchants site then sees the name of merchants site leaving it for another time to look at it .... then goes directly to the merchants site within the 60 days, I will still get paid ... Sound right?

OK, now what I really want to know is how can I check this?

If, someone did it like I mentioned, shouldn't my clickbank ID show up at bottom of payment page, even though they went through merchants domain last? .. Because of their cookie being saved from when they first went through my forwarded affiliate domain?

Sorry if I am confusing

Again I don't work with CB but if it's a 60 day cookie that's the way it SHOULD work. The only issue is IF they click another affiliate link in the meantime and THEN buy the 2nd affiliate will get the sale. (Assuming it's a last cookie gets the sale program, which I believe it is.)

OK

I am aware of those who know about affiliate
links stealing my commission by replacing my ID with theirs

Also, if someone does happen to go through another
affiliate's link after mine, giving them the commission

I plan to do most of my marketing offline, which I think
would be better for me now, until I can get up a site

I really like this affiliate program giving me so much information
to send to my potential customers for free. ..
Much better than just directing them to a site that basically
says: "buy this product"

At least now I can let them see alot of what they will be getting
with alot of great free information to begin with

Thank you for your help
John
