PropellarAds ZoneID - How to get complete list of ZoneID's for a specific geo?

Hi
Where can I get the list all zoneId's for a specific country? Is it possible to to grab the zoneid's database from somewhere and find ones that convert? This will be helpful before launching a campaign instead of launching a campaign first and sending traffic to it and then exclude the non working zones. Just a thought.
