Problems in create the account in Eurpoe classified websites

Usually I am using the normal Gmail Id to create the account ii many classified websites for posting business advertisement.But Some Europe countries websites only allow the domain based Email id to create the account.But i don't have the domain based email id.So i can not create the account in that classified websites.Why that websites demand the domain based email id instead of normal Email id?.
