Post Exchange programs are and excellent way to promote content within the forums of any new website, the problem is that it's extremely rare for everyone to "give their all" when entering this type of program. The other problem is that link exchanges rarely ever set firm guidelines and the few existing rules are rarely, if ever, enforced. What we are attempting to do here is structure an easy to follow program guide on UKWMW Post Exchange Program. I also intend to structure this program as a bit of a directory service so you can see a short description of the site your most interested in and exchange posts with that webmaster.
