Payday loans funnel question

I'm thinking about promoting payday loans.
The problem I can't promote over social media and search ads.
The only option I got left is push traffic and some native ad networks.
I guess it's not an impulse decision so the user must go through a funnel.
Anyone has some insights/ideas about this niche?

I'm interested in focus in the USA. In some states payday loans are prohibited.

Look; IDK where you live, but here: there are some storefront lenders in that business. So, IRL if someone wants to do this here they don't have to look that hard.

I deal with email traffic and a litle bit of SMS( pretty expensive and needs good budgets). Perfect for payday loan niche. Have to say, this is the most profitable niche I`ve ever tried. Wanna try push traffic as well, but I`m not sure if it will be ok, as push traffic is not so targeted
