I take it you mean Page Rank which is an internal ranking system used by google to assign 0-9 numbers to websites based on their popularity, 9 being the most popular & 0 being the least. e.g facebook has 9 page rank, wikipedia has 8 page rank, etc.
For a few months now, the page rank factor is not visible to anyone except google, I believe they did that because they decided the internet marketing analysts and SEO executives were taking undue advantage of the page rank factor.
