Most western countries have laws regarding proof of age of any explicit images.
These laws apply toward the creators of the image currently --this includes cartoons when they depict child pornography --the human creator and not the drawing tools are held accountable.

"save the children" will most likely overflow into a revision of U.S.C. 18 §2257 to include AI generated explicit images --specifically that they will be subject to the same recordkeeping laws as the explicit images of real people by the actual producers of the images. As for the rest of the world I have no idea. Since all the major global credit card associations [VISA, MC, other] are US legal nexus non compliance would ban credit card use.

I know there are some pretty big twitter accounts with the "user" being an ai generated female and they have many followers/fans not sure if they are doing only fans with that account but are making good money somewhere from it

Well, my experience with Twitter traffic from a bot feed --using real images- was very marginal to being a total waste of time --for a webcam site live data-feed. Like the conversion rate was 1:1500. Feed was active and some were retweeted and commented ... So how much money they might be making, not being a real person ... Meantime, that is Twitter (X now) and not OnlyFans with the AI images?

The suspects in the case are aged between 12 and 14. Spanish law does not specifically cover the generation of images of a sexual nature when it involves adults, although the creation of such material using minors could be deemed child pornography.
