I didn't say it's a list that contains ALL the tactics known. Which thing to do first is a choose that every company makes for itself isn't it?
Some can choose to start with banners, some with a blog etc. It's about which you want to start first, nobody can say that starting with something from that list means online succes.More than that, you can do all it's in that list and not have succes.

There are many tactics for online marketing, follow only few best ones depending on your industry. Following all the tactics wont give you specified results. So what ever you do, give the best of it. In current trend Social media, mobile based marketing, forums are the best one, where people hangout more.
