Yes, many online casinos accept crypto. Infact there are many of them that allow only crypto. I have won 4 BTC in the past with one of them.

there are differences, but i really think online gambling its better...
land casinos revenues are falling and online casinos are increasing in players
i mean, its still luck but there has to be a reason why people tend to bet more online
