Chances are their lawyers have instructed them not to.

Things aren't going well, but I still firmly believe that Xenforo will win this lawsuit. IB is just dragging out the inevitable, but the judge is already getting tired of it and has expressed so in rulings.

They should hold a huge sale once they win, kind of like a "Switch IB and save 50% off Xenforo", then include a free plugin to migrate all the data over - just to stick it to them.
