no traffic from Adshop?

I am getting no traffic from Adshop.Infolinks. I upped by bid from the recommended 0.14 for US customers to 0.35 cents. No clicks.
I just added a a few very generic KWs for my nich and put the bid at 0.21, so 3x the recommended amount to see if that shakes some visitors loose for me.

But they are showing search volume, if that is what it is, as very low, like 89 people a month. I though Infolinks had huge amounts of website publishers? Is that what it means?

It means your keyword has little (too small of a) volume <too specific maybe
Well, you are not paying for much traffic but you have no conversion opportunities ...
Add some 'wheel' (related or long-tail phrases) words/phrases related to your 'hub' word (if you can there?)
