Hi to all!

I was wondering, if I have a domain name using a combination of say...4 words, If I'm estimating whether its gonna rank good/competition or not do I search different combination's of those 4 words in the Google keyword tool to find out, or do i only use the total combination to find out???

For example: Domain name: EenyMeenyMinyMo
Do I type in Eeny Meeny, Meeny Miny, Miny Mo, Meeny Miny Mo, etc.??? or am I only eligible for just the total comination of keywords in the order their in within my domain name???

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for taking time to make sense of it if anyone can manage to interpret it:)

How any combo is going to rank is going to depend more on competition than how it shakes out in the Adwords KW tool. So be sure to check how many competing pages with allintitle: "keywords in quotes". Will also depend on your SEO and # of backlinks.

But to answer your Q you could rank for any of the 2, 3 or the 4 word combos if they aren't too competitive, make sense together, and get searches.

So for example since there aren't many competing pages for green widgets - if your domain was bestgreenwidgetprices.com you could get high for best green widget, green widget prices, widget prices, green widget or other combos. Of course no one searches for green widgets so that's not a great example, but you get the idea.

Aha!, ya knew what I was talking about...lol...thanks a bunch Linda!

Wow, its pretty tough to find a domain name with low comp, high search volume keywords while minimizing words
