Can you elaborate on this? I'm not sure I get what you're saying. It is legal for anyone to make a web page for affiliate products. Who is asking you if you're a business? The affiliate company? Please explain.

was had a business that reqired a ubi lic number its a state tax id
the web sight i was looking has web page and domaine name for free
but its for starting up a small business.Sooo i had this question whats the legal end of makeing a web page that you just want to promote products.
I guess no mater whata call it its a business? or a hobbie that make money.
