Is this generally how it goes with PPC?

Your conversion rate is a tad low...but are you ranking high against your advertising competition? What is your impressions? Just curious.

I'm pretty new as well - maybe we can learn from each other.

That's not a bad set of assumptions for PPC - just remember that you can always increase your KPIs using a continual test and improve approach...

Also, these figures will vary adgroup-by-adgroup, keyword-by-keyword. What you quote is basically the averaged out figures for a mid sized account.
