Has anyone tried to print out this pdf? I cannot get it to print out completely. Like page 12 with all the definitions of industry buzz words or terms commonly used. another is Page 13 with the types of offers. The pages look like they are pictures in jpeg or gif. Would that prevent them from printing out?

Another problem I'm having is error messages telling me the document cannot be read and then closing down. I've upgraded my Adobe Reader and the problem persists. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

As suggested, I'm reading this doc several times before going and applying to any network.

Why not upgrade your reader?

Thank you Grindi. I have upgraded my reader to the latest version. I would certainly appreciate it if you could convert it for me. I was going to post a follow up to my first post and ask if if anyone has a printable copy. I'll wait for you to get back to me.
