My budget is low ( about $300 )

Along with what Mr. @internalsoul said. you should consider email list building. so you don't have to spend money to reach your audience. you can start with driving visitor to your landing page using free Organic traffic from social media and search engines... or you use paid traffic. like PPC. you can generate targeted traffic $0.001 per click with Facebook.. always split test and find the sweet spot.
