i wanna ask you please i have just created a new website about recipes is a search engin recipes i wanna know if there is some affiliate networks that accepte a beginners .

2. any search referrals that would generate good quality referrals

Traffic stats of your site would matter.
ClickBank accepts most Affiliate applications on the spot.

If you really want to add affiliate offers, sell kitchen-stuff from amazon. But adsense and similar would be better choice for you.

There are many sites that offer you the chance to monetize with ads.

Something you can try is to create a thread in the Business Centre with an Offer Wanted, Network Wanted or Looking For prefix. Whatever type of prefix that seems most appropriate to you. That's the forum where vendors look for members who are looking for vendors.
