New Niche Websites

Hi All
I've just started out and I've got 10 brand new niche websites that I want to get onto other affiliates to help me promote them, how and which is the best ways forward because it's a mine field area to research and I'm willing to learn everything if people are willing to help. Am I aloud to post my skype ID so others may talk direct and answer some of my questions and where can I list my websites for the best exposure.
