but im getting this

i done everything i need to do

i did find some of this from their developers

Pixel Did Not Load
This error means that the Pixel Helper found what looks to be Facebook pixel code on your site, but the actual HTTP call was never made.

This could typically due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event (e.g. on a button click).

In that case, the error will disappear upon clicking on the button.

im not really sure what HTTP call
so im dont know what to do with info

also i insert the code manually and insert all good additionally i followed a youtube guide
i know somtime this probelms

I sent the page to a friend and he told me everything ok
so i re-install the pixel helper
but im still seeing the same problems

has any1 had this before?

Hey! I think you should try to delete your code and follow the prompts. Just try to start over

Try looking at the source code of the page and check if the pixel is there. The helper is sometimes off.

Also try launching the campaign as the error will usually go away once the pixel has been hit a few times, provided you have installed it and you can see it via source code.
