Need Hosting for a forum. Is VPS ok for me?

One of my friends told me that it would be better to run forum at vps hosting account. Is it right?

I've done a search and found vpsnine.com - what can you say about their vps deals?
Will they be ok for running a forum discussion board? Any discounts and alternatives to share please?

VPS are ok with start up and can run for while but when it comes to stables resouces and uptimes may be dedicated is the good option as even the VPS has well configured and managed ..

I think you must go with Dedicated server were you can get good space,bandwidth, Ram which help to run your forum site good and it will help in future also
