need help...

I started over for my site becuase I lost all my previous files...
In this version I have a html banner running behind the flash part of the site, to keep the size down of the banner I made it 99.3px x 99.3px.
and used this code to add it

but when it repeats it, it leaves a space in between each one, but I think it was somthing to do with the picture being exported from flash, any suggestions on how to fix this...
