I'm looking for an affiliate network or traffic network with ability to send traffic to one link (or smartlink) with fallback URL option - in case they can't monetize or pay me for that traffic the user will be send to the URL chosen by me.
I know BitterStrawberry have something like that. Mobidea deleted that feature in their Smartlinks.
Any idea?
