my wp landing pages not secure and slow load what to do?

im using wp to build my landing pages

i just check the load time it 5 sec! whice is alot what to do to make it batter
i just add W3 Total Cache WP Super Cache plugins but it wont help the test
2. also adcash acuse me sending malwere /suspucios sites
how can i secure my sites?

What's the response time of the server?
A landing page is not heavy so there is a probleme somwhere.

But if you put images, could you tell me the size in kb of each?
Always use optimizilla for images before put it on a website.

And maybe you have a video directly on your site and not embbeded.

i have install all the plugin that are mention
im using pingdon.com to test and the give me 6 secload time whice is batter than 12 sec
but when i go to gtmetrix.com it give me 2.5 sec load!
so i think dont use pingdomm.com

The plugin alone does not fix the issue, it only works with your CloudFlare account. Also you should be using multiple sources to test the speed. Just because one is slow does not mean you ignore it. If it loads slow for your customers, you just ignore them too?
