I want to find a coder that is willing to do the work below at affordable prices, and the work should be quality made, I will only provide the payment once satisfied. I want to modify phpLD latest version, to make it look like a directory of directories, basically a list of web directories with functions as how many backlinks, indexed pages, if listed on DMOZ and finally a Pagerank function. need a bannermod.

The users should also have the ability to add coupons/rebates for certain periodes by logging onto their accounts, and adding a coupon for a specific listing. It should also allow users to comment and rate web directories.

The best way would be is to go to their forum. They got most of those mods already made. And some of them are actually free

True, have you got supporters access? if not i will have a look i know they have a mod for "backlinks, indexed pages, if listed on DMOZ and finally a Pagerank function" but i dont think it is compatible with 3.3 yet.
