You face being in affiliate with the traffic sources?

1. ad expense to payout ratios -- negative returns
2. excessive click bot ad fraud
3. ad networks that do not pre-scrub obvious fraud clicks from their traffic flow
4. lack of api's to setup campaigns -- with adequate documentation (written is a coders pseudo-language with proper English language or at least understandable commenting)
5. good sorting beyond the lame; siteid, browser name, os, GEO by country only.
6. non-transparency of referring domains -- they are afraid of having you see where the crap traffic is coming from?

Stay away from the cheap popunder traffic -- that is just low productive junk.
