If your websites niche is geared towards a world market (product/service is
valued by all) which includes other countries than your own, I wanted to ask
if you serve your pages in different languages.

From maintaining multiple translations (separate HTML pages), to using dynamic
scripting to serve the user his language - is this something you have done or
are considering to do?

If its and ecommerce site, you need to know the laws of the country you are targeting, you will be suprised just how different laws are even within EU. When I was in Germany last year, I was quite suprised that if you buy and item on a special offer, and the item is not fit for purpose for example a shore that does not fit, you cannot return it and get a refund, in UK you can take any item you bought back to the shop and get a refund I think within 21 days or something like that.
